I have been dotSynergy’s, formerly PremierSBS, customer for about a year now and I could not be more satisfied with what I have been provided. In fact, I was provided more than what was initially offered. My sales are going higher every day! I researched other web-hosting services available out there, and I could not find anyone offering better and more features than what dotSynergy offers for the fee charged. Their web-hosting package offer is highly competitive and is very affordable for small businesses like the one I own. In addition, dotSynergy’s customer support is awesome! All my questions were promptly answered in a very timely fashion. The high-quality responses obtained for the questions were also very specific that resolved the technical issues in the first attempt. One of the employees of dotSynergy is a coworker from a previous company we both worked for. I started a catering business and needed help just getting some basic hosting and IT stuff done. I've been with them for almost a year now and they have been very helpful since I know little about this stuff. I don't use half the features the site has so I can't comment on it, just the great support they have provided and no issues with the website working. Thanks. |
