Well I have been with this Host for 4 months now, and haven't really experience any down time as yet. So that a good thing. They are also offering a Free plan : 250mb of Space, 500mb of Bandwidth, 10 Mysql DataBases, 10 Ftp Accounts, 10 Webmail Accounts, 10 Mail Lists
CGI, PHP, Fantastico, Cpanel , and much more. I can't say that their Support team is bad , but sometimes it takes Days for them to Reply to your Questions. They have been in Business from 1st May 2003. Sometimes the Servers can be so slow, but anyways its good, can't complain that much. I would basically recommand this host for someone who can't afford the money and the people who just want the Space to upload their images and for ther personal page.
