These guys set low standards for customer service and then consistently fail to achieve them. Over the last six months, I've had periods where my website was down for more than 24 hours at a time, my Cpanel account tools license expired leaving me without admin access for several weeks, and recently repeated emails to service@ and david@ for assistance with an ikonboard problem have went unanswered.
This is a good example of what happens when businessmen run a hosting service and fire all their tech support. Don't even consider these guys. |

DO NOT USE.
They have no customer service, and never respond to a problem. Just, oh look at that, my site is running again. I only used them to help get my forum board (Ikonboard) up and running, and I regret it everymonth.
They are usually down 3 - 73 hours a month.
DO NOT USE.
I learned my lesson and did a lot of research before switching to a new server after just half of my contract.
Oh yeh, satisfaction guarnteed means that their partners are satisfied that ther new sports cars are nice. |
