Ok. I created my personal web site and started the search for an inexpensive hosting. I needed as cheap as possible and with huge experience. A few online recommended webintelects. That made me think they are good host. After few weeks I was impressed with the speed of their support. They have solved a lot of issues for me (was my fault). Now I have good uptime and good connection speed even in Asia.The service makes me happy!
I would like to apologize for my English. I am from Russia and want to say few nice words about web hosting company webintellects.com which I use. There not such a good company as webintellects in Russia for the price and allowing as many sites as I want.Site loads fast here. Support answer fast (some speak Russian also). Server has never been down since start. Webintellects is the best hosting service around and Russians needing hosting should use them without fear.
I have small metal music related web site I am building and I did not need
much in regards of web hosting. My friend told me about
webintellects and I signed up. Now I can say I'm happy customer of theirs
also. When I had a problem I
contacted a tech guy through their chat system and got a full answer
and fast resolutions which kept me from having to call them. I will be happy
to tell my friends about them too.
What I really wanted was web hosting company which was not new or "fly by
night" like I found out from experience on others. I narrowed my search to
Fatcow, Site5 and WebIntellects - each has been around for 10 years or more.
I then read reviews and tested their chat support. WebIntellects won. I
agreed to pay them a tad more then I could have again with other companies,
but in the end it has been well worth it. They are the ones I trust and now
suggest.
Good service good uptime and what I like the most is their friendly stuff. Indeed friendly. I haven’t waited more then 10 minutes for their response. I haven’t used the support option to often, because the service they deliver for me working smoothly. So nothing bad to say about webintellects.
They are the kind of host I would recommend to use.
Once I sign up for the new web host I always think about the possibility to move somewhere else after this one. But it seems that webhost giant is the one I would stick with and use for ages. I haven’t had any problem with their services for about 1.5 months. That is fantastic. I have had some problems with my previous providers and I was told that everything ok and that is ordinary downtime, now I do not remember If have had even one problem with webintellects.com. Always courteous stuff helps you. I suppose this review would be the kind of “Thank you” for this 10/10 host. Don’t think I need more or something new.
I signed up with webintellects.com.com in July 2009. They had attractive prices and they were very friendly and polite during presales conversation. I found that as the good sign for me and I decided to give them a try. Now I do not regret. I have got what I paid for. Excellent connection speed and fast DB connection. I assume I have what I need and feel pretty happy. Webintellects.com shared account do worth the money you pay for them. I recommend them for everyone!
I have quite big customer database and we are working on the web application development. That is a custom orders from the people for the private projects (php). I have been using webintellects.com.com for several months and I suggested that host for the customers of us. So far I haven’t heard any bad word from them. I and they find webintellects.com.com reliable web hosting provider. If my customers are happy that makes happy me as well. Thanks webintellects.com.
We've been with WebIntellects over five years and it has gotten worse and worse and worse Right now I've not been able to download email for 24 hours. Daily at least once or twice email will NOT download - due to server overload. Aggriviating and time wasting.
We would have moved already only moving 3 large sites is a BIG hassle.
Recently we learned that WebIntellects has over charged us all five years for dial up which we have never used. When I told the owner - who hides from customers - he was attacking and obnoxious. It was all my fault, of course, because I had not properly "managed". He went to my professional site - I am quite accomplished with many books in print - he looked over my work and then made personal attacks on me using my work as some kind of "proof" - i.e., I've authored a book on conflict - so he attacked my criticisms of WebIntellect - as some kind of failing on my part - since it is a conflict.
Additionally, he permits or does not stop massive spamming through his service. I was doing a BIG financial deal - of over $50K value and all of our outgoing emails to the other party went to "spamhous" due to flags on WebIntellect IP for spamming. This nearly killed our deal - as we could not communicate and did not realize that the emails were not being received. It was a huge hassle - and WebIntellect Owner takes no responsibility for the problems that his rotten failing service caused. He has a VERY offensive "mouth".
So I sit here hour after hour unable to access my email or send email because of WebIntellect's BAD SERVICE and downed servers AGAIN!!!!!
Buyer beware of WebIntellect . . .it is hard to imagine more hassles and worse service - while we pay pay and pay - even paying right NOW for dial up that we do NOT use and the Owner knows this - but charged us AGAIN for the entire year of dial up.
They are a positive host provider. I find communication on the phone is available easily and resolve is always attainable. My support tickets through the website have been slower than my phone call responses. But, they do always respond to work out customer and technical support issues.
WebIntellects isn't the worst host I can imagine--their customer service trouble tickets are always promptly answered, but I'm still disappointed overall. I'm especially frustrated with their e-mail service. Everyday at some point I won't be able to logon to check e-mail for minutes if not hours at a time. When I've contacted them they say everything is working fine. So after a while, I gave up and have just been waiting for my service agreement with them to run out. I am looking forward to moving to a more reliable service.
I moved from another company because of the downtimes and unskillful support staff. Having compared many different web hosting offers and decided to deal with webintellects.
So far the experience was wonderful. I paid via paypal method of payment and everything was fine and secure. I've been with them for more than 3 months and as for me, the two most important things are great uptime, fast connection speed and price - this company delivers both. They are great about keeping customers informed of changes and planned outages.
Whenever there has been a rare technical issue, it's been addressed with very little obstacle and absolutely no hair-pulling. I like using its company’s services and it serves all my demands.
WebIntellects has had some growing pains and some denial of service attacks on the data center they\'re in, but that was a while ago and in the past 6 months everything\'s been great.
You can get a lower price at other places, but the support is pretty responsive and the people there do actually care and know what they\'re doing which is worth a lot.
Webintellects used to be a good webhost/email host, but lately their customer support has been terrible. I have not been able to send email for at least a month, and my website seems to have spotty performance or temporary outages (but quite frequently).
There has to be a better webhost out there ... stay clear of webintellects!!
I'm a freelance Web developer so I've had plenty of chances to taste all sorts of hosting solutions out there. I like these guys the best. They're not the flashiest hosting provider out there and most of their plans don't include every crazy feature that you can dream of, but they got it where it counts.
I've been with them for several years with one dedicated server and a VPS and there have been headaches before, but there's only been a handful of times that I'd rate their service as being below par. There have been many times in which I felt they really went above and beyond what they had to do including one incident my first year hosting with them when I did something idiotic on Christmas eve and crashed my dedicated server. They got someone on it and restored it back to normal within several hours.
Now, I don't want to set the bar too high for them because that might have been an outstanding moment that you can't expect every day, but it really does seem like they care more than other hosts that I've dealt with. I also don't dread contacting customer service because I usually get a relevant answer within two messages and they don't use those ridiculous form letters that are all the rage with customer service departments these days.
WebIntellects is surprisingly affordable given the amount of service that you get. They're not a discount hosting outfit nor are they expensive. They're somewhere in the middle, but leaning toward the inexpensive side.
I have read some scathing reviews of WebIntellects every here or there and usually it was from someone who was using one of their VPS plans. I have one of those too and I too had some serious issues trying to get my VPS to work. That was about two years ago and it just seemed like they were having some technical difficulties with their VPS hosting.
I won't lie. I was frustrated and if I hadn't already had such great experiences with them as an existing customer, I probably would have been one of those people who asked for his money back and bolted off somewhere else. I stuck with them on the VPS and they continued to provide excellent service even if they were having difficulty getting the issues resolved. My first month on the VPS was one to forget, but everything has been fine since then.
WebIntellects used to be top notch but they have grown beyond their technical abilities and now are having constant out times and even their website is offline. Stay far away as I suspect they will not be around much longer!
