United Hosting is a brilliant host, I myself have only been with them for just over a month now, but any questions I've had and I've been able to use their online chat and have the problem solved in no time at all. I've never seen the server im on down not even once.

I have two sites lodged with this company and have nothing but praise.
I have found the customer support to be superb with all of my queries being answered in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
Reliablility is first rate and I have only experienced one period of downtime and this was when they were moving to new servers.
I would recommend this company to anyone. |

I've worked on the front line of customer service for nearly fifteen years and have been embarresed to see it decline to the state that it's in - call centres, low staffing policies, the same old questionaire that has to be run through because of "brand consistency" and "customer feedback".
UH are a breath of fresh air.
A personal, efficient and friendy service that is second to none. They have a sense of humour too :)
I'd happily pay more for the service, but don't tell them, because I'd have to pay up - I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. Absolutely first rate hosts. |

Excellent service - always willing to support and help and any minor issues have been cleared up efficiently and effectively. The best hosts on the internet. The only thing they could do to improve would be to expand to cover asp.net hosting too.
I have gone from having just some webspace, to a semi-dedicated server and now to my own dedicated server for a number of websites that I've since developed.
I recommend UnitedHosting.co.uk to anyone after a top quality, fully featured webhost. They are excellent. |

Have had a reseller account with UH for over 3 years, hosting about 20 sites.
Although not the cheapest host I have always found them to be very reliable, and their support is excellent. In addition to a very good support forum, regularly visited by knowledgeable UH staff, support tickets have always been answered very promptly, day or night, sometimes within minutes! |

I have been with UnitedHosting for nearly 3 years and have seem them grow into a mature hosting company with unrivaled service and support.
They have over 10,000 other people hosting with them and you can tell by the posts from their other customers on the lively community forum that this host really is as good as it gets!
I have loved every minute of using UH and will continue to do so long into the future - you cant beat em! |

United Hosting have been a superb host right from the start. There was a time during early 2004 where their support slowed a little but this was because they were upgrading everyones servers to superb Dell Xeon servers which are much faster than the previous Dell Servers.
Since the move, the support has returned to normal and they've been working really hard, constantly improving the service.
I would recommend United Hosting to anyone. |

My experience of United Hosting is that the technical infrastructure is very good - little downtime, easy to maintain, good features.
However, this is badly let down by the support on hand. Once excellent, since early 2004 has degenerated badly. Simple requests are either ignored or dealt with (upto) weeks later. A once mighty host has become the victim of it's own success - the support is diabolical and for that reason alone couldn't recommend them. |
