Verdict : I tried to move from current hosting provider to Nocster (BurstNET). Their rates were most competitive and I felt like got the best deal.

But unfortunately after hosting my website for 3 hours at their services, my website was down for 2 hours. No one will reply your technical tickets. You cannot even get anyone on phone. The only way I was able to reach somebody is by calling sales. The rest all goes to voicemail.

The funny part was that I had to move my hosting services to the old provider. And the technical ticket that I submitted by replied to me after 3 days. :-) Luckily, they took only took 3 days to respond.
