Verdict : I used this site to host a few websites. Everything went ok for a year then all of the sudden my sites were down all the time. I lost data and a lot of money with this company. They created so much anger that I forgot to renew the sites.

I was also an affiliate with them and accumulated a few thousands dollars or more. They paid part of it and promised to pay the rest later. They never did. So, I lost even more money. Never use Micfo.com. Trust me. Read my review and the other reviews.

Verdict : I have been a customer of Micfo now for over 1 year and have been very pleased with their level of professionalism and transparency. I had an incident which I accidentally removed a folder of my file through my FTP program. After having had contacted their support, that folder was restored into my account with an hour from the time I initiated a support ticket.

As they going further, their services are constantly improving. Hats off.

Verdict : I saw some bad reviews here on this host but I liked their options. I decided to ask them about their previous issued noted here. I went the websupport chat route. I was quickly routed to a customer representative (bryan) that informed me that as of December 08, they were under new management and had just completed migration to new servers with 20,000 mbits of network connectivity. I was convinced to sign up and so far have been impressed with their quick customer service. I'm hoping that their hosting will be as equally impressive as their customer service.

Verdict : Bought 3 years with some coupons and got a great deal. Worked out great at first but after a while my shared hosting server receives unresponsive times ranging from a minute to almost an hour daily.

Tech support is hit or miss...sometimes you can get someone who knows what they are doing and will fix issues instantly...others are completely clueless and takes 5-10 minutes to give you a one word response.

Overall if you are looking for reliable shared hosting (I know reliable and shared don't often go together...I tried...) but this is not one. If you have a site for a friend or a local gaming group and reliability doesn't matter then sure, go for it. But if you are looking to have a website that will receive some decent traffic, spring for a VPS somewhere else (micfo has them but they are rather expensive compared to others).

Verdict : I suffered with this host for nearly 3 years. Finally got fed up and moved away.

The server keeps going down and I have to constantly contact them to put it back online. The weird thing is that their site (micfo.com) is always available but my site keeps going down. Maybe that's why they have good up-time listed.

They also have this habit of not telling you when your account is about to expire, so that they can overcharge you when you miss the date (I think it is 19$ for missing the date). All other domain services I have used until today sent me notices starting from 60 days before.

The price is way too high for such low value.

There are much better packages out there.

Verdict : I experienced several outages, and worst of all they changed my dedicated IP address without telling me (bringing my website down), and didn't seem to think that this was a problem. I would not recommend Micfo.

Verdict : I think micfo is on its way up. I've been with them for many years - through the good and bad. They've recently moved to fastservers.net hosting location with new servers & added UK servers. Though support is not as quick as its 15min guarantee years ago, staff seems better than their "rough" period.
The transition is happening and I'm glad it's happening now than never.
I'm glad my server has had no downtime in the last 90 days. Server load monitored through uptime of approx 2.0-3.5 consistently on a quad cpu server throughout that period as well.
Bravo on the new changes.

Servers were good for the first month. After that they were always down including mails not working and slow responces. Technical support???? It doesnt exists!!

Verdict : After a couple of years of relatively reliable hosting from Micfo, things went severely downhill. On several occasions, money was taken out of my account that shouldn't have been (e.g. two lots of charges for one months hosting), and domain name and nameserver problems at their end meant my sites were often down. After cancelling my account, they still took money from my bank account, and their previously reliable support suddenly became very slow and unhelpful. They also have several "guarantees" in their terms and conditions which mean nothing, and if they break them you are lucky to get a "sorry" and have no chance of getting any money refunded!

Verdict : We used micfo.com for two years. The first year wasn't too bad, but micfo seemed to deterioate rapidly after that. The second year was horrible - lots of hassles. We had a lot of email problems and their support wouldn't fix it - they just kept passing the buck. It got so bad that it was adversely impacting our business. We were forced to leave micfo, and they never even refunded the money we paid in advance. Perhaps there's somebody who would be happy with micfo as they might be lucky enough to never have a problem, but I doubt it.

We used this site to choose a new host and wound up selecting liquidweb.com. We've been with them for about six months and they have been great.

This site has done us a great service in helping to eliminate the problems we were having. Thanks so much!!

I signed up two days ago but when something just didn't see right about the company immediately cancelled the request (within minutes). Even though they responded back to my phone call and email that they understood that they were not to set up an account OR bill me they did so anyway. Now they claim they can only give me back $45.00 of my $53.00 and even that I have yet to see back. I have filed BBB complaints in two states, filed a fraud alert with my credit card company as well as IC3 complaints and now a police fraud report in two states. Verdict : We were using a Micfo's reseller plan.

The server was slow and often got frozen(cannot access). Well, it's a shared server we can't expect a lot. But we have tried many shared server. Micfo's one was the worst ever.

The worst thing they have done is just amazing. They moved our customers' accounts to another server WITHOUT any notice. While moving them(7-8 hours!!!), those accounts were unavailable. Imagine you have 100 customers for your hosting business, and those accounts are unavailable for 7-8 hours without any notice. It was just crazy.

Listening to their excuse, first they told us that they e-mailed us before they moved our customers' accounts, then I asked them when they sent, then no reply. It's for sure they did not send any e-mail.

Also Micfo's customer service is the lowest quority. When you ask them to fix a problem, well, they may fix the problem, but makes other problems. Then you ask them to fix the problems they made, then, as you can imagine, they make more problems.

Verdict : I have been a customer of Micfo for about 2 years now, and now i think it's time to move on.

The hosting was pretty good at one time, about 1 year ago, but after that, everything has gone down hill, most likely because they fill their servers to the absolute limit.

My website is down every single day, and when it's up, it's so slow that the users get broken pages.

Let's look at what Micfo guarantees, and see my answer to the guarantee:

"Micfo offers a 99.9% Uptime Guarantee" Bullshit. They say on their website that if your server is down more than what they guarantee, you will get a refund.
Only one catch! There is no way for you to see how much downtime your server has had, because they won't let you see it.
I wrote a support ticked today, (Which was answered after 3 hours) asking if they could tell me how much downtime my server has had. The only answer i got was that they were monitoring my site, so i should not worry.
I replied to that and said that this wasn't what i was asking, and again asked for my downtime. This was the response from the support department (Again after 3 hours):

"There is no third party url to check uptime of server. It is not possible for you to check servers uptime."

That is a pretty good deal for micfo, because then they can guarantee what ever uptime they want. By the way, they do not accept data from external downtime monitors, and you have to request your refund yourself.
Their 99.9% uptime guarantee is a fraud, because you will not get that refund unless you provide evidense of the downtime (Which they won't grant you access to) A bullshit guarantee.


"15-25 Minutes Technical Support Response Time Guarantee" Again, complete and utter bullshit.
I have sent in about 70 tickets, and not one of them has been answered within the guaranteed time limit.
A few months back i had to wait 3 days for a very simple ticket to get resolved. I have also tried waiting 36 hours for an answer to a ticket. (The answer did not help by the way)

I would say, from my experience, that the average support response is about 3-4 hours, and i haven't counted in the times where i've waited for more than 12 hours.

Stay away from Micfo. You will not get the product you pay for.

Verdict : After being recommended to MIcfo, I realise what a big mistake it was in mving to them.
Support is abysmal - they give stock relpies such as "its fixed now" but it is obvious that the support guys don't read the messages properly, causing long delays in getting things fixed.
My biggest problem has been emails going missing; check their forum and see how many others have complained about this. Eac time it gets 'fixed' it regularly reoccurs within a few weeks.
Stay away if you want trouble free hosting.

Verdict : Up until recently I was a reasonably satisfied Micfo customer. The pricing was reasonable and there were sometimes minor technical issues, but the support was good. Prompt replies and issues corrected in good time.

But what a difference a few weeks makes. I have major issues now and the support is all but non existant. Support tickets go unanswered of if answered are mostly canned or don't deal with the actual issues.

Not recommended at this time.

Verdict : I was with Micfo for over a year and was dumbfounded by the level of idiocy and faulty service they provided. My site was down a few times PER WEEK, my customers began to leave out of frustration, and when Micfo attempted to move my site to another server to "fix the problem," they accidentally deleted my e-mail account, so that all customer messages and my e-mail setup were gone. I needed to hire a programmer to fix that mess... the list goes on and on. The only thing that kept me there as long as I was were empty promises that never came to fruition. This company solely comprises incompetent morons who are just out to pocket your money. ANY OTHER HOSTING COMPANY would be better.

Verdict : Absoultey terrible tech support. When I first joined a couple of years ago they were OK, but in the last year I have had entire websites lost, email going missing etc.

The last straw has been two websites lost and being told by the Tech 'Support' that they don't have backups for them, even though on their guarantees page they claim they take daily and weekly backups. They couldn't even say 'Sorry'.

I am now looking for a new host and can't wait to tell them to stuff it!

Verdict : micfo is without a doubt, the most dysfunstional hosting company I have ever encountered! Gross errors and problems from the very start! 23 emails just to get a simple "C-Panel" acc't going and online.

Now, when I foolishly attempted to extend my hosting with them, they claim that I did not pay them when, I had made the payment with paypal, so have a claim against them with paypal. Now, after investigating via forums such as this, I see why I have had such problems! It is, just as I suspected, a mass of individuals running around like a bunch of chickens or turkeys, each doing as they want, no common rules or guidelines! No wonder it appeared that the rules and procedures changed each day and there were new rules each day, depending on who you talked to! I am now going to upgrade my complaint with paypal to that of fraud! Does anyone care to join me in a small scale war on micfo? They should NOT be allowed to conduct business with companies such as paypal. I'll provide the hosting! Thaks to efforts like this website, there is at least SOME redress, however small

Verdict : Not at the point yet of calling MICFO a scam as others have (might get there soon though), but have been having a real repetitive headache with email problems for one of my add-on domains.

Worse than the actual problem is their inability to see the forest for the trees - recognizing, admitting and communicating a larger problem at hand and attempting to actually fix it. Tech support is totally evasive (even at the admin level), not even answering any deeper and direct questions.

While email response time is very acceptable (far more effective than phone support), just applying band-aid each time and stating "it is working now" is not going to keep me with this host for long.

Verdict : Everything started well when I signed up to micfo and I would recommend their shared hosting as it is good value and fairly reliable.

When moving to a dedicated server however I encountered a number of problems. First of all, they said they'd do the transfer themselves in switching my website from shared hosting to my new dedicated server, but unfortunately a lot of settings on the dedicated server weren't as they were before and it took lots of effort to get this working. The same thing happened when they told me they were moving my site to a new dedicated server.

Finally, the server recently went down and despite a guarantee of a response time of less than 20 minutes, it took almost 2 hours for someone to reply to me and ask for my username, then another 6 hours for them to do anything with it.

Eventually the problem was sorted out, but only after my website had been down for at least 30 hours, losing me a lot of customers.

Verdict : Overall I have been happy with MICFO. The price is great, and as a designer for small start up web sites, this is a real factor. I have had problems from time to time, but they have been solved. The site has gone down from time to time, the longest time being 2 hours, but most times being less than 15 minutes. I would say in its happened maybe 2 or 3 times a year. Their tech support for the most part, is excellent, but I don't ask them complex problems. In 10 years of web design I keep records of technical issues so I can at least describe the situation to the technician. Also, I treat them with a lot of respect. There has been a problem with their phones, so I email them -- I prefer it, then I have a written record of who did what. I study the control panel and read the technical handbook they have it in it so I become educated in what its about. I back up my MySQL database and public-html directory folders whenever my programmer makes an adjustment and I save it to my hard drive and then to a CD-rom. Sometimes we customers have to 'know the basic rules' before a company can perform in the best manner possible. Think of the host company I had before them -- he would go in and change my passwords so I could even get on the control panel to do my work! Or the host company I had before that was sold to a big American conglomerate and if you wanted to have impossible communication, you could go there. We are, because of the internet, becoming more global, so when I can't understand the accent, I just say I did not understand what you said, would you talk more slowly, my broken English is not as good as it should be just yet. Lighten up! Try and be of good humor! No one outside of God is perfect! We're all on earth together and those of us doing business should show better characteristics of responsibility and being leaders of patience and good cheer. If a company is incapable of hiring more experienced help, then it is our responsibility as web designers and web host customers to cover those areas ourselves. For example, I am afraid of heights. Don't ask me to rake the leaves off the roof. For that job, you have to ask someone else to do it. One thing MICFO is bad at and that is domain registration. Don't register your domain with them. They are not an Indian (from India) company -- the are United Emerates Republic -- what I would consider the best of the Arab world, since they do great business and that's all -- but when it comes to ownership issues that are involved in domain registration, then it becomes another animal entirely. We think of it as a domain, something that belongs to our customers, like their logo. They tend to think of it like something MICFO owns, controls, dictates over -- that's the only eye opening philosophy that chased me away.... I guess we need to remind each other to lighten up, including myself.

Verdict : Micfo is quite literally the most horrifying company (of any sort, not just in the hosting industry) that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. And before you think I'm just an irate customer who got wound up over very little, I can tell you I usually have the patience of Job. However after my experience with them I find it unbelievable that a company can behave they way Micfo does and still be in business. It absolutely blows my mind.
During setup of my account I of course had some support requests, most of which they did ok, but when it came to installing an SSL cert, we went round and round. They would ask me for things, like my RSA key, over and over, even though I had submitted it to them already several times in several ways! Then they would ask me for things which they didn't even need and no other host ever asked for, or that didn't even make sense for installing a cert. It was the first of many circular discussions which felt just like I was talking to one of those old artificial intelligence programs, that would come back and ask dumb questions ad infinitum - they just couldn't or didn't want to communicate and you got the frustrating feeling that nobody there either cared or knew what the heck they were doing.
Not only could they barely speak English (sounded Indian to me), but not even their phones worked properly at that time; they would cut out every few seconds like a cell phone and make understanding impossible, so much so they would ask that you hang up and chat online with them! (Even the Java-based Live Chat applet that they use crashed under Firefox, right in the middle of already infuriating discussions with them, and you *know* there's nothing worse than having to connect with someone else and explain all over again.)
But all that paled in comparison to the finale, after which I left them as fast as I possibly could:
One day all of a sudden, about 80% of the tables in our DB became corrupted! So much so they could not even be deleted from within CPanel, so neither could the DB - meaning I couldn't even start from
scratch. This didn't bother them at all however, they simply stated this like it was the most normal
thing in the world. Then I asked for a backup; on their site they state they do a "Daily &
Weekly Backup". In the small print, apparently, it says that although they do backups, customers are
encouraged to do their own :) I found out why. After more arguing in circles getting them to do a DB
restore, they said they did it, and when I checked, nothing had changed! Then I asked them to give me
the backup so I could do it myself. When they gave it to me, it was an empty file, with just the header
comments!!! OMG!!! I told them this, as if they didn't know, and again they said yes "...that's all there is..." showing no surprise whatsoever. They said do *you* have a backup that you made youself? !!!
So I thought, owkay, maybe the full backup contains a different copy than just the DB backup or daily backup, so I asked for it. They wanted to charge me $50 (fifty) for a restore, for something that was their fault!!!! I could NOT BELIEVE IT. I was dumbfounded and angry as hell. Oh and BTW, this DB issue was a month after our SSL discussion and their phones STILL didn't work!
I ended up having to use my own month-old backup after I left. On top of the above, they would frequently be unreachable by phone altogether and when they didn't like a live chat conversation I was having with them they would simply stop answering back!
The final insult was after we canceled (and after I got confirmation that they received my cancellation request), we got another invoice a few weeks later!!! When I talked to them on line asking them what was going on, they said I had not confirmed that I wanted to cancel, by emailing them instead of through a ticket! Then they said I had not replied to the ticket to finalize cancellation, because although they had confirmed receipt of my ticket, they left it on a question, asking what was my reason for leaving!!! They did anything they could to make me tear out my hair and keep my account. I truly don't know how they think this keeps customers.
So the moral of the story is, for the sweet love of God, don't go anywhere near Micfo, unless you enjoy the feeling that comes with gradually loosing your grip on sanity, or wanting to reach down the phone line and strangle somebody. You have *so* been warned.

Verdict : Please take this very seriously if you care about your webpage!

I think the only way people give micfo good reviews is when they think having to submit support tickets every few weeks is normal! Their 24 support frequently is not available, and the billing department disappeared for several months last year - probably because they were having to give out too many refunds!

In the past year, my email went down more times then I can count. They have server problems that mean that all your mail since you joined them will download to you mail client all at once.

Also my website was down at least five times in one year, each time for a period of over 12 hours.

Worse then this is several of my support tickets just went unanswered, and when I resubmitted them they said I was not timely enough for the refund clearly deserved to me for the down time! This was said even though I had the receipt as proof that I did submit the original ticket on time. My attempts to cancel with this company have gone much the same way!

I have been with yahoo since, for about five months, and have NEVER had to contact tech support!! that is how it should be!

Sadly as of now I am still fighting with micfo, I only finally got them to cancel my account last week, and still no refund!

What a HORRIBLE company!! Clearly the company and your website if you have them is in danger of vanishing at any second. They have a new satisfaction guarantee policy, probably because they are so bad that no one would join otherwise. It is such a hassle to move your site that they rely on hooking people with sweetness and promises - but once you are a client, they could not care less. Save yourself some sanity and STAY AWAY!

Verdict : I moved to Mifo over 18 months ago after having a string of horrible hosting companies. Initially I felt as though I had finally found the host to stay with forever. Then some time in the Fall of 2005 something changed drastically. All of a sudden there was a lot of down time, unexplained database errors. It was always something or another.

Like another reviewer I was fed up, but when they announced the new server upgrades I decided to stay and give them a chance. I couldn't have been more wrong.

Downtimes increased 3 fold. Tech support which always used to have things resolved within 30 min or so now took longer and longer. My site was bounced around between servers every few days with no notification. By the time my site propagated for everyone, they moved it again. Finally I had to demand that they place my site and leave it alone.

December of 2005 faired no better. Over 23 hours of downtime, which I now have to submit a ticket to get a free month of hosting. They know it was down, they posted an apology, but I'm still forced to jump through the hoops.

Jan 2006, I get my invoice and pay it via paypal as always. They don't recieve it (though I have receipt) I try to call the Billing Dept, only to be placed on hold for 15 min and dumped to voice mail.4 phone messages and over 27 hours later I still have no response to my phone message, my billing trouble ticket, nor my message in the clients area. They threatened to suspend my account for lack of payment within 48 hours and then propmtly suspsend it within an hour.
So far today I've been on hold for over 45 min and still have not talked to anyone.

Tech support is excellent, but the rest of it has gone to the dogs. What used to be an amazing hosting company is now nothing more than a typical unreliable host who hides behind toll free numbers that aren't answered, and deleted messages on their forum.

Do yourself a favor, keep looking.

Verdict : Stay away from this host. In my opinion the most important thing that a web hosting company must ensure is the reliability and uptime of the service that they're providing. I've been with them more than a year now and I can not even remember how many times my site would go down. In the past month I had 5 outages, one of them was an e-mail outage that lasted more than 3 days. And the ''support'' ''team'' was suggesting I misconfigured outlook!! sigh.

Also if you post any negative comments on their forums, they immediately delete it. So if you go there and read about 'customer experiences', remember that it is a 'moderated' forum. You will only read rosy stories there.

In summary, stay away!

Verdict : I'm a webdesigner and operate quick a few web hosting accounts. Prior to moving to Micfo, I was hosted with one of the sites that is actually is mentioned here under 'The Bad' category. Unfortunately I had to go through the pain myself to realize that the CPA sites that mentioned that hosting company as number one was nothing but scam!

I researched around various hosting companies and through a friend was recommended to Micfo. I read mainly positive reviews of micfo and few negative reviews which seemed was due to the datacenter relocation that micfo was performing. Since then I've been with them (5-months) and have had nothing but great experience in different areas, including the uptime. Verdict : I have literally been with micfo for 5 months now after moving between 3-4 hosts in one month alone. I can only say that eversince I joined micfo, the reliability and server performance that I've received has been outstanding! I dont normally send any tickets, since there's no issue, but when I need an assistance with a low piority issue, it gets answered in less than 30 minutes as they guarantee. Verdict : We`ve been with MicFo for the best part of this year but we signed up for a 3 year hosting deal.

The service started off good, but gets worse and worse over time.

Today I`m writing this review because I can`t do any work. We have multiple sites hosted with them and they are all down, we can`t even check our emails.

Just yesterday I emailed a company and said take a look at out site and today it`s been offline for most of the day.

The servers also run pretty slow. We were going to recommend MicFo to several big organisations to use for their hosting but their reliability is just arwful. It`s pot luck if the website is up and running, most of the time when it`s down it`s down for a short period but today we`re all stuck not being able to work, or check email so we`re stuck.

Also MicFo`s own forum where people can ask questions deletes postings which show them in a bad light, so take it as a word of warning that you cannot look on their forum and think all is perfect - look on sites like this for an independant review.

Verdict : I'll just copy the letter that I sent to their president. That pretty much sums it up.

Dear Amir:

As a fellow business owner, you must know how critical it is to retain customer loyalty, and the customers that I have paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in advertising expenses to recruit to my Web site ARE LEAVING MY SITE ANGRILY because it's been inaccessible so many times over the past few months. I can't explain to them that it's my hosting company. They don't know how this works; they only know that they're trying to access my site and often can't. More than that, Micfo has added insult to injury by damaging some of the software on my site and providing an extremely rude customer service representative. As the owner of Micfo, you should be made aware of these issues.

After receiving your group e-mail regarding new services at Micfo, I renewed my subscription in hopes that your service would go back to the way it was last year--reliable. Then I awoke last week and the site was was running so slowly that the pages were timing out (our site has been completely inaccessible on and off, almost weekly, since July). I called "Justin" to see what could be done; 10 minutes later, he said that he fixed the problem. I went back to my computer, and the site was completely down ("page not found"). I had assumed that this was because the server was still booting up, but I wasn't sure, so I told him that I couldn't access the site. He said, "I can see it on my end, so other people can, too." I explained that I couldn't, and he answered, "Why don't you bother someone else? I have a lot of other calls to take" and HUNG UP ON ME. For several more minutes, the site remained down while I called back repeatedly, unable to reach anyone. Are you aware that your customer support representatives behave this unprofessionally? People like Justin are a fast way to destroy a company and its reputation. I hope for Micfo's sake that he is no longer employed there.

This, however, might be less apalling than the incident that took place a few weeks ago, when, after I had to send out several apology notices to angry customers for the site being down so often, Micfo offered to copy my site to the Sydney server--"no down time," they explained. The site was down for HOURS. Furthermore, once it was switched to the new server, THE DATABASE FOR THE SITE HADN'T BEEN SWITCHED WITH IT--so after a very long period of down time, the site appeared without any information (none of the drop-down menus worked, etc.). Micfo switched it back to the original server, and in doing so, somehow damaged our e-mail system so that it wasn't working anymore. I HAD TO HIRE A PROGRAMMER AS AN EMERGENCY CASE TO LOOK AT IT (do you know how much that costs??), and after examining it, he couldn't figure out what Micfo had done, because the mail system was no longer accepting any of the commands that he typed in.

Rob at Micfo was helpful and did what he could, but this was not the type of problem that he normally handles, so he passed the job to an administrator, who was to correct the problem that night. Instead, I called the next morning to learn that they had pushed that job aside in order to work on something else, so it wasn't fixed--yes, MICFO DESTROYED MY MAIL SYSTEM AND DIDN'T BOTHER FIXING IT because they wanted to move on to something else. I had to stay on the phone throughout most of the next morning until it finally got fixed. Why should I have to spend all night and most of the morning to remind someone who damaged my property that they need to fix it???

Now my site is down again. It's been down for over an hour. Again, I was told "no down time." I called the tech. support office, and the representative there said that he has no way to access the new server that my site is on in order to help me, because no one was given instructions for accessing the server to which they moved my site. He added that the administrators who would have this information weren't answering their phones. Micfo made NO preparations for addressing potential problems during the switch??? They didn't provide anyone with instructions on how to even access the servers that they're working with in case something didn't switch over properly??

Does Micfo realize how much information we have at this point to take legal action for reimbursement of my advertising expenses, for the customers I've lost, for the damaged software, for the hours I've spent, the bills and documentation that I have to show the costs that have been incurred and the damage that our company's reputation has suffered because of Micfo's negligence? I understand that Micfo can't provide perfect service all of the time, but there was no reason for my mail service being damaged when the site was only supposed to have been COPIED from one place to another. There was no reason for my having to keep calling until someone finally decided to turn back to fixing that problem. There was no reason for my having to hire a programmer to fix the e-mail system that Micfo broke. There is no reason for a customer service representative to hang up on someone when the customer's problem hasn't been resolved and he/she is asking for help. There's no reason why Micfo should do the server migration without ANY apparent preparation in case something goes wrong. What could you possibly have to say about all of this?

Verdict : When it works, it works. But when it doesn't Over 3 months, two major outages (one email, the other email+web hosting) for several hours during which their vaunted 24/7 toll-free support is always "temporarily unavailable." Needless to say the 25-minute response to a tech support ticket turns into an infinite time response when this happens. The 99.9% uptime promise is worthless if you prepay, since you have to prove it yourself and then claim a credit at your next billing cycle. BTW, you can't verify my web site or email address since they're both been broken since early this morning.

Verdict : I signe dup with Micfo about 5 months ago and have been very impressed so far. I was attracted by their excellent plan, and saves me a lot of money as I am hosting 4 different site sbasically for the price of one.

I did have one instance of downtime which I believe spanned about 2 hours. Apart from that reliability ha sbeen good. I recommend Micfo.
