It's only been a short time since I've signed up with Indexcore, however I'm convinced that this is the company for beginniers and advanced alike. Their customer service/technical support also comes in many options(pleasant and knowledgable staff), and there has never really been issues with reliability/uptime.

Never ever go with indexcore inc. after so many changing with there hosting, so many servers change, i was with them for almost a year, i lost my file's about 4 times, and took them for ever to replace the files on new server, have no idea about database, couldnt move anything, and they definitlly have the worst customer service. am still trying to get my site backup from them, it been a month now. and the company refuses to respond because i didnt want to stay with them. |

This host has done some great stuff! My previous host was like so so but IC has really helped me out alot! I have alittle store that has made it thru because of IC's help and kindness. When we contacted support, it was 1 - 2 - 3 and it was answered no... I dont know... no its not our fault... they just told me how to fix it and boom it was done.
I would recommend this to people as their staff is extremely kind, and knows what they are talking about for a change.
