We're a new site, still in stealth mode, redirecting from HostSure.com to an alternate. The staff at HostSure has been fabulous with all our requests. Our monitoring of the site so far shows very high reliability and throughput. This needs to be qualified with saying we have not stressed the server or database yet, and we are using a virtual private server configuration.
The staff is very responsive.
Service and fees are pay as you go for setup and fixes. Staff is very competent, able to rebuild custom PHP and MySQL configurations.

I have been with HostSure.com for a little over 1 year and I can't be happier. I have been telling everyone them, since switching from my last host my site has never been down, which is a huge change. Very professional and helpful support staff. I give them two thumbs up.
