These guys give 24/7 NO-support. They ignore you, don't even give you an automated reply. They sometimes send messages behind your back to your users revealing your identity. They may not be here tomarrow, you'll never know (unless your servers are down.) AVOID! |

Its been three years of problem with these guys. Sometimes I wonder why I've stayed this long. This site has no phone to call, it takes as much as 3 - 5 days to resolve every simple problem. I run a reseller account with them and they caused me so much embarrassment with my clients. Now the site has been down for 5 days (and counting). I won't like to spoil their business with my comments, but I think these guys should find some other things to do apart from hosting.
Honestly, I won't recommend their service for an enemy. |

I have had nothing but problems with this company. They respond quickly to some support requests, but they hardly ever resolve anything. They are very good at passing the buck, and ignoring the important parts of any service request.
My best advice: Avoid them at all costs!
They are cheap, and even so, you will get a lot less than you pay for. |

Poor Server once went down for 3 days during the period i was with them. Major abuse about their customer service which is why their forum is closed ... although the website says that it will be available soon ... yeah 1 year on is real soon.
Avoid these people ... thats my advice!! |

In contrast to the other hosting company I use (now for all my sites) these guys don't know what they're doing. After numerous problems which they were erroniously blaming on their cpanel software, I whinged a bit on their hosting forum - the only method of support available, and they kicked me permanently from it. They have also cause innumerable problems on a number of occasions with DNS issues, changing settings without warning, etc. And I've never had so much as an apology... |
