They have disapeared from the Net you can't contact the tech support they don't answer emails and they just ignore you I highly suggest you look for another host because this comapny SUCKS |

I switched over to HTH after having used a more expensive web host for a personal site. Now I am using their reseller service and have found the interface easy, the service quick and helpful, and the price lower than anywhere else. I look forward to a long time with this host! |

Initial set up within 10-50 minutes. Had a minor support issue, which was submitted around midnight and resolved an hour or so later. 100% uptime record for my site since I moved to them in late June http://www.siteuptime.com/statistics.php?Id=19937&&UserId=9148 ...
Support forums are very friendly and all areas are monitored attentively by Hometown staff. I have had nothing but a swift response by email, but support tickets, Instant Messenger and SMS text are means to get support with these guys. Greg - one of the owners - does make you feel welcome and valued as a customer, and certainly puts the home into hometown hosting. |
