I'm a very patient person, but after 2 years of bounced emails, unreachable sites, open mail relays, and outright lies from tech support, it's time to move on. After one of my clients left me because of incessant email issues, I had to move to someone else. Now I am on a MUCH better server, with far fewer sites hosted on it, and it's in The Planet's data center, so you know the network is sound, and 24/7 support via chat, and it's CHEAPER!! After Glypto changed their plans and forced me onto a higher plan, they told me I could keep paying the same amount. What they didn't tell is that it would be for just one month. So, I hope these clowns go out of business and soon. They're a scam, really, at the end of the day, they're a scam. You have been warned. |

Very fast, friendly response to inquiries. Good pricing, convenient system. But they are not as reliable as we need.
They had a hard drive crash last week that took three days to return our sites to full functionality. Email glitches almost every day -- cannot connect to POP server for a few minutes up to an hour at a time. The web sites are unaccessible a few minutes to an hour or more every month.
We're looking for a more reliable hosting company; glad we found the Web Hosting Jury! |
