I would not recommend Feverhost. I had a reseller account with them for one year but cancelled it because of their bad support. Here a short list of what I didn't like (Sorry for my bad English):
- The last 2 months I had some (critical) technical issues and contacted support by email several times. (By email beacause other support links: AIM/AOL + Help Desk on their site are death). I have never received any response on those emails. Some issues where solved (without contacting me) some where not.
- If they the helpdesk ever respond they react quite rude and impolite.
- They do not notice you when they have to restore a backup. When they do a restore it can be incomplete and there is a change that your scripts are not functioning anymore (it happened about 4 times with me).
- They also block mailscripts without notice. A Hotel (one of my client sites) lost sales / reservations for almost 2 weeks, because Feverhost blocked the mail script suddenly (it was functioning for more that 6 months) They did not respond on my urgent emails.
- They do not want to inform clients about new procedures, shut downs, changes or whatsoever.
You can see that I am not very possitive about their customer support. Uptiime it okay, but I advice to look for hosting elswhere!

FeverHost.com has been very good to us. We maintain a very large website, and these guys/gals have helped us in every aspect. Their support is very very good, and their servers have really good uptimes. Without Ginger and Josh.. there would be no PinkFloyd.ws. Thank you everyone at FeverHost.com! |

I have been hosting with this company for a bit over an year now and I must say that I've been happy with them every single day of it. Their servers have been very stable since day one and the only network problem I had was back in the days when they were with Managed.com's datacenter. Now that they moved all the server to The Planet, things couldn't have been any better. For the last couple months, there have been 0 downtime except for the occational security / cPanel + WHM upgrades etc. I am currently with their largest reseller package, and will consider purchasing a dedicated server with them in the future! Thank you FTC for the great hosting service! |
