Verdict : When I started out with them, I received GREAT personalized service, prompt replies to my phone calls, etc. That has all changed in 2005-2006 when the company has seemed to have changed owners. What a HUGE dissapointment. The downtimes are numerous, long, and there is ZERO customer support. I am a re-seller and their poor service/support has hurt my relationships with clients. Don't use them!!!
