Appalling. They do NOT have 24/7 support. They don’t answer the phone and takes an average of 4 hours to get a reply. I complained about constant downtime, and finally complained to the BBB and in response they terminated my account within 48 hours.
They deal with complaints by simply terminating your account! No wonder they say their clients love them, because they terminate everyone elses account with 48 hours! I personally think this kind of approach is ghastly. I never would have thought that a company would simply deal with complaining customers by getting rid of them. Which really bugs me is that they're saying they have "satisfied my requests" by refunding me my March subscription and given me two free days hosting to find another provider. Well, that makes up for it doesn't it!
The technical support is great, and a major reason why I appreciate them. Elsewhere I just had to wait for emails, back and forth 'til things were resolved.
I usually don't write review but I make exception for today. Dynamic Hosting is the best hosting I have ever used. I tried other host but Dynamic Hosting is the first one which offers not only a lot of webspace but also good uptime. I am 10 months with them and I have never noticed any downtime. When I had problem with domain transfer they helped me very quickly. I highly recommend Dynamic Hosting to everybody!
I've been with three other hosts before switching to Dynamic Hosting. All previous experiences have been nightmares but after moving to Dynamic Hosting, I've finally found a top notch hosting provider that exceeds all my expectations and they continue to do so. I've been with them almost a full year now and it's been wonderful. I plan on being with them many more. Nothing but praises.
I am very happy with Dynamic Hosting who have provided me with tons of features,nice live support and great service. It has enabled me, as a newbie, to practice my web design. I had been very hesitant to make a start because I didn't want to fork out good money for a website when I new that I was not yet a competent web designer. I would certainly recommend your web hosting to anybody and would recommend it even more strongly to those who are making a start in web design. You have very reasonable price and provide your users with some very helpful facilities. Please keep up the good work as I have some friends who will definitely going to use your web hosting plan.
I've found Dynamic Hosting to be a very responsive company with helpful and persistent technical support, excellent pricing and good deals, excellent range of features available.
Great host with very responsive and proactive help desk. They answer questions and concerns quickly, work until an answer is found, and are pleasant to work with. I woul definitely recommend them.
I was a little confused on the Domain names, and how they worked, I had thought when you register you got 3, so I set up 2 and was unable to use my 2nd domain name, your staff (Eric) was very helpfull and informative, and explained that the each domain name needed to be registered, and paid for.. so he helped me with the procces... thank you
Manny and the crew and Dynamic Hosting go above and beyond in service and support. One of the few hosting companies that still believe in the old saying, "the customer is always right". There service and products are second to none.
I have been doing business on the internet for roughly 8 years and have gone through numerous hosting companies and Dynamic Hosting is the ONLY one I would recommend.
Extremely expensive prices, but they do have the reliability. Unfortunately, they don't provide live chat support or any place to see network status (maybe a forum?). I moved away from them to a dedicated server at Layeredtech, but overall I think I spent too much money for not getting all the bells and whistles one usually obtains with other hosting companies
Dynamic is the best host I've ever used. They excel in customer support. I have had many questions about design issues and they helped me even though it was not included. Their uptime is fantastic, I noticed only a couple minutes downtime last year. Seriously, they are the best service around, couldn't ask for better :)
I'm very impressed with how they will help me figure somthing out when I have a problem with my site. I'm writing this because my email wasn't working and they helped me configure my antivirus software so that it works again. Thanks!
By far the best hosting outfit in Calgary! They have hosted my site (www.wholesaleplants.ca) for the past 2 years and it's never gone down once. And they are cheap too!
