I'm not technically savvy enough to get into the grit of it, but I have had a good experience with DHC. Their online documentation is not so hot, but they more than make up for it with their support. Their support is responsive, quick and they actaully READ my trouble ticket. They don't offer pat support answers, they address you and your need specifically. Their pricing is averagely good. Their uptime is excellent (as best as I can tell). Their control panel is easy to use, but added features are slim (again I'm not a techie so I might be missing something). I definitely recommend Data Hosting Center as a good work-horse type of host. If your tech savvy it may prove to be even better. |
