Absolutely the worst. In the first year, they charged me premium price and forgot to promote my site the premium service for 10 months. No refund was offerred. I let it go thinking my site is more important than arguing with them. Now my entire site is screwed up and my site is not complicated at all. All they gave was one month credit. What can I say? They don't care about individual customers, especially small to medium companies. They charge much higher than market price but without premium service that I expected. Very disappointed and recommend all to stay away. |

This is a follow-up to my previous posting. Since my last review, I've contacted Bryan Walsh, the head of Data393's sales team. He's one of the friendliest, most down-to-earth guys to talk to. He really works with us and tries to get us exactly what we need, and he helps us with our prices, since we are a non-profit organization. In addition, I just submitted a support request to find out why our Webmail isn't working, and get this: a support representative answered back in exactly 2 minutes, 5 seconds! Absolutely incredible! We've been so pleased with Data393. |

Data393 has been a wonderful host so far! We have a VPS hosting service with them right now, and their services are powerful and effective. The Plesk 8 control panel is great. The only bad thing about Data393 is their prices. They are not too competitive. But with my next comment, it may be understandable:
Their customer support is OUTSTANDING!!! I have never waited for longer than two hours for them to reply to a support request! On a normal basis, they reply within 30 minutes. And the support staff are very informative and helpful. They do a lot of administrative tasks for free that most hosts would charge for. They also have a "Hosting Emergency" option in case you are having serious issues with your hosting. They answered back within 15 minutes the one time I used this. Unbelievable! So if you're looking for a high-class business/professional host with amazing customer support, I would suggest you choose Data393. And try to talk them down in price...that would make this deal a full 5/5 stars! |
