They company ceased to exist on 3rd June 2005!
No wonder they were acting silly past month and left customers in dark until last moment (2nd June) telling them to perform a backup as they no longer can afford to keep it running. |

I'm on the bronze package, 1GB Disk Space, 50GB Bandwith
Initially started out good. But since past 3 weeks some major problems.
1. Server has been blacklisted with SORBS for SPAM and does not even have Reverse DNS setup ( See: http://www.whois.sc/62.212.85.254 )
2. Support don't answer the tickets in due time, initial response times weren't too fast anyway around 1 - 12 hours.
3. Support have not answered latest ticket which was submitted on 25th May requesting the account to be moved to a more reliable server and one that is not blacklisted.
4. Downtime has gone haywire ( currently been down for over an hour )
Following is a sample of downtime (minutes followed by date/time)
10m - Wed 11th May (19:25 - 19:35)
10m - Sun 15th May (20:45 - 20:55)
20m - Thursday 19th May (02:35 - 02:55)
10m - Thursday 19th May (14:20 - 14:30)
5m - Thursday 19th May (15:30 - 15:35)
20m - Thursday 19th May (15:40 - 16:00)
40m - Sunday 22nd May (00:00 - 00:40)
50m - Tuesday 24th May (23:45 - 00:35)
10m - Wednesday 25th May (20:25 - 20:35)
30m - Saturday 28th May (00:40 - 00:10)
30m - Monday 30th May (21:00 - 21:25)
60m - Wednesday 1st June (11:45 - 13:05 and not up yet)
Tech support are obviously not interested or don't have the manpower to sort anything out. Looks like only a couple of amateurs are running this 'company' if we can call it that.
Paid them for 6 months so with them till September, glad I didn't take a yearly package out with them. Also you don't get 30 day money back guarantee, one of the things that tempted me to go with them, thinking they only take on serious customers hence must be serious and professionals.
Avoid Cee-Kay at all costs. |
