Ok it has been 24 hours or more that my site, and the broadphase site itself has been down. The first thing I did yesterday was to email the admin@broadphase and Im sure he wont get it because if the website domain : broadphase.com is down then I dont think they will get thier webmail. hmm this is not good broadphase. If this is a big problem with thier servers or what not. I would personally go through my backup user databases and send out a customer wide email telling them that they are having an issue and that they will inform us when the issue is resolved that way us paying customers wont get nervous. Also the phone only rings and says"Thanks for calling good bye"
I want an extension of how ever many days I have lost customers to be re-emberssed please before my time runs out. And I would definately like an email or a yahoo message telling me that things are comming back up and your not skipping town.

In my own experience, BroadPhase has shown no interest in policing abusive clients... Certain spammers have been posting on quest books all over the WWW with URLs such as these:
hxxp://flonase.broadphase.com/flonase/flonase-side-effect.html
hxxp://leavemywifealone.broadphase.com/my-wife/wife.html
Upon being notified, the staff at BroadPhase advised me that it is not their responsibility... Choose for yourself if you'd like to support a company like this. |

BroadPhase is a great hosting company. They are always up no matter rain or shine. It is very hard to find hosting companies these days, with such great features, in a great datacenter. Their customer support responds within 5 minutes or less. I would definitely recommend BroadPhase to anyone. |
