Verdict : Blazer Network is the WORST solution to web hosting, they never answer tickets/customer support e-mails or anything, databases stop working for a few days every now and then. Recently, one of my clients forgot to pay two websites because her ISP changed her e-mail and she did not update it on Blazer Network. The same day both were suspended she paid the total amount for a year of web hosting for each website and it's been like a few days now and they have not put the websites back up. The page says the balance is 0, but the websites remain suspended. And since they don't respond to tickets nor they put the website back up we're canceling the payment via the bank and moving on to another web host.

Once, about a year ago or so, the guys who owned Blazer Network just packed and left to another country and someone else looked after it, they made some changes but they still have really bad customer support. I have 3 websites hosted by Blazer Network, I'm moving 2 and soon I'm moving the last one.

Verdict : Had same experience as others. Blazernetwork went completely down at the end of May with no notice. Since it took them over 2 months to renew an existing security certificate all I needed was this to move everything off Blazernetwork. DO NOT USE THEM or you'll be sorry too.

Verdict : NIGHTMARE.........RUN FROM THESE GUYS! At first, about a year ago, we had minimal problems with them and reasonably good response time with support issues. But we were constantly getting "cluster errors" because we were told the people had limited experience with clustering servers. So along comes the new owners (supposedly) about 2 -3 months ago and told me they took everything over and had a staff od brilliant experienced techs with tons of "server clustering" experience. Since then, it has been one perpetula nightmare after another. They do not send emails out, confirm work tickets, notify you of any changes or upgrades and now our site has been down for going on 8 days. I must admit that I have no problem getting to one of their imbecile techs by calling the 888 number on their home page, but very weirdly, all of the techs either agree that it is a mess and don't know when it will get better, or they simply lie to you and then wait for you to call again. I was told this last time that a "windows patch" that made their software operate on a Linux system was upgraded and they weren't notified of the upgrade and they use some type of idiot platform called H-phere"(spelling?). They absolutley are lost and are totally clueless and lie through their teeth. Now...when I try to hit my site, I get a Windows NT authentication box which prompts to enter a username and password to access my goddamn site! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THESE GUYS.....I believe they are under a DOS attack or a BOT attack and are being extorted for money or something because they are clueless and act very suspicious on the phone. DO NOT JOIN!!!

Had the same problems listed in the following links: [url]http://forums.hostsearch.com/showthread.php?threadid=1941[/url] and [url]http://www.webhostingstuff.com/review/BlazerNetwork.html[/url] . Read the past six months and RUN the other direction at all costs. Summary of my problems with them. Live Chat doesn't work, they fail to respond to trouble tickets, they won't respond to e-mails, and if you try to call you will get a canned recording stating that all representatives are busy. If you leave a message you won't get a response. They don't know how to do a domain transfer. They blame problems on other people. They can't follow insturction when you even provide the detailed step by step procedures outlined by ICANN. Many customers have filed complaints. Looks like they have gone out of business and taken people's money. I suggest filing a Consumer complaint with your states Attorney General and also the state of Georgia, their main headquarters. Put a stop on any credit card and banking transactions involving Blazernetwork related to recurring fees and charges so that you don't get burned later. Contact Enom, Inc. Technical support at 425.274.4500 the Official Registrar. If all else fails, call an attorney!

Verdict : I quickly fell in love with Blazer. Fairly cheap and really good about service, especially through the live chat. Then I upgraded to .net 2.0 and had to have them fix the same thing a few times. Then, as noted by others, they fail to the utmost degree. Still awaiting services to be restored fully after 10 days, much email lost. They are hiding from their customers both on the web and over the phone. I cannot edit my domains to allow me to transfer them. Right now I fell trapped!

Verdict : The worst. They started out OK but deteriorated quickly. Server has completely dissappeared from the internet since last Friday (4 days).
Run away, do not even consider using these asswipes.

Verdict : Today is Sunday May 28th, 2006. My site went down Friday, May 26th 2006 at 8 PM. I have tried relentlessly to get a hold of support but no one is answering the phones at Blazer Network or responding to email. This jack arse must have skipped town for Memorial Day weekend. I called the data center that Blazer uses, American Fiber Systems, and they said that I am one of 20 calls they have received this weekend so this is pretty widespread.

Imagine a company that leaves all it's customers down, for a 3-Day weekend with no support, Even the main Blazer Network site is down. This is only one example of the support and uptime you get with Blazer.

So, I am totally screwed at this point. I have had advertisers who paid for Memorial Day advertising, request refunds, I've lost thousands in commissions and there is absolutely nothing I can do.

Trust me, do not sign up with this guy and it is one guy that runs Blazer because no matter what button I have pushed in the past, sales, billing or support, I always get the same voice. That should have been a flag a while back but I didn't listen.

Anyway, I'm soooo pissed right now, I'm actually posting on message boards. Please do not get sucked in by their cheap prices. You will pay for it in the end. I'm sure you will start to find other posts popping up regarding this Memorial Day outage.

F U Blazer Networks, I'm pulling my web hosting the minute you come back from your vacation.

Verdict : I'm currently using BlazerNetwork, however for the past year I've had problem after problem. I'm fed up, and changing as soon as school lets out. Most of my problems usually lie with my database management, and customer service (if you could call it that) is astoundingly unreliable.

Verdict : we finally had enough of blazernetwork after nearly 2 years due to awful downtime issues since November last year. A week didnt seem to go by without our email being full with Connection Lost errors and the site being unavailable.

Support was poor - and it came down to keeping a log of every outage of our site and then reporting it every time it happened before Blazernetwork admitted they had a problem their end (before they kept saying it was us). Then after "fixing" the problem it came back two weeks later.

Our first year with them was good which is why we signed up for more but I certainly wouldnt renew anymore (in fact we switched early just to move away).

Pricing is good for the amount of bandwidth and storage space but poor uptime and very poor customer support really put the nail in the coffin for our time with them.

Verdict : This hosting provider is sub-par ie. shit. Their servers are either mis-configured and / or have a serious lack of resources. Good luck if you decide to go with this web host.
We purchased an account with them 2 days ago and have had problems with it since. All of our ASP test scripts would fail to respond intermittently . Their support insisted there was nothing wrong with their servers. However all of the scripts, which were simple test scripts, are running correctly on other Windows servers. Then when requesting a cancellation, They responded with we would not be able to get a refund due to the fact that they have tested and don't see the problem.
