Verdict : I've used them for years for small websites that I do for friends. They must have been bought out or something because their customer service is now AWFUL!!! I called and left messages...don't do that, they said, it doesn't count. I actually got a person and he said I had to fill out a ticket and get in line and they'll take care of it eventually. It never did get set up and now they won't give this new person their money back even though they never did anything they were suppposed to. It used to be so easy...what happened?!!!
