HORRIBLE HOST! Stay away. I've had nothing but problems with them for the last year plus. They do not respond to emails, their 'trouble ticket' is broken, their "live chat" tells you to submit a trouble ticket. It's going steadily down hill. Since Nov, my site has been down off and on for about 3 weeks. For the last week, it's been completly down and Accuburst will NOT respond to anything
And they do not respond to the BBB either.

AccuBURST has been the most irritating and unreliable webhost that I have ever encountered.
The servers are down half of the time. Customer support responds to my inquiries about 15% of the time. Even then, they usually only fix part of the problem and say it's ok. I don't think their technicians know what they're doing. I've been asking them to fix ssl for months now. All they have to do is point the ssl server at the actual content but they never do. This web host sucks sucks sucks! I wouldn't recommend wasting money or time on them. In my opinion, AccuBURST is not a respectable company. |

Back in 2005 Accuburst was great but in 2006 it was a worst web host. My website is up and down all the times, and can't get accessed to email either. Tech supports don't seem to resonse to my email, and they never ever answer the phone. They are total messed up. |

When me and my buddies went looking for a host, we came upon ACCUBURST as one of our possibilities. Out of all the other guys we considered, ACCUBURST had the best reputation. After being with them this long, now I know why! I can only say good things about ACCUBURST.

Terrible host. I was with them for 1 week, and in that time both my site and email went down 3 times. 1 week!! I always get the same guy "Jim" whenever I contact them. Sounds like a one-man show. They have a 30-day guarantee, so I requested a refund. I still have yet to receive it a month later. I don't know if I'll ever get it. Avoid at all costs. |

I signed up with this host about a week ago, and it was not good from the start. First, they did not set my account up untill 3 days later, and when they did, it was the wrong account. It was supposed to be a reseller account, and it was an "undefined" account. The scariest part is that they charged my credit card twice, and I have yet to get a refund, so I have contacted the bank and put a freeze on them so they cannot steal any more money. All of these problems (and a few others) were discussed with "Jim". Jim is in sales, AND support, and is the only person I have ever talked to at the company. (hmm). The server its self is stable. It is a box hosted at theplanet.com (they are known for stable servers), but the admin (Jim?) seems to be completely cluless on how to set-up/troubleshoot/administer a server. I would give a little better review, but the credit card thing really turns me off. (beware) |

I have used a lot of hosts but none compare to Accuburst. The support is absolutely amazing. The service is just fantastic! AND the price is good! There is nothing that can top Accuburst yet! I enthusiastically recommend you choose this host!
