I used to be with this host, with a different domain name of mine. I had bought the domain name and hosting for a friend. Our friend had a falling out and gave it back to me. When I could no longer afford to have hosting through AGN Solutions, before my time had expired, I chose to go with a different host. Krissy then told me that I would have to give her $10 to get my domain from her, even though I had paid her in cash (my first mistake). At the time I did not have paypal, but I have learned from that mistake.
The customer service takes a few days, sometimes weeks, to get back with you. Sometimes they ignore you completely. Also, when I did have hosting through them for the other domain, they randomly knocked me down to 50mb from 300mb, with no warning at all.
Basically, the prices are high, the service is low. There are much better quality places with people who actually care about keeping your business around. |

I got the yearly plan big mistake. Then I saw paypale agn-Solutions took a yearly fee out. I went to my site about a month or two later [only posted one thing last year] and my account was suspenneded .
Now I am out of money and now site. I no reply to me email about a refund.
Stay away from Agn-Solutions bad coustomer services.

I got into this host because of the free domain thing. The pricing, however, is too much. I've seen better hosts with simillar prices that offer more. The free domain is also NOT FREE!! You have to pay for it after about 3 months or so. I could not pay for it so now the company is selling it to someone else.
This company is run by only one person, although it has two people listed. AIM coustomer service is NEVER online, and if you need help or have an emergency, you are replied to usually within a day or two. When others reply withing minutes. I would not recommend this host, unless you want to be ripped off. It's up to you. |
