I've been with 2WD Hosting for a long time, and for the most part, I've been satisfied. Their support had always exceeded my expectations for such an affordable host, but recently, it has only been average. Many threads in the forums have been left unanswered. I'm assuming that these were answered via helpdesk, but in the past they have always posted answers in case other people needed assistance. Within the past several days there has also been some issues with the servers, but they seem to be resolved now. Overall, 2WD Hosting is a decent host for the price. |

Well, they have answer the helpdesk faster than other hosts. Even I pay $4 a month for 6gb transfer, at least they allow me to have a lot of domain addons and databases. |

2WDH.com is a very good host. I've hosted with them for over 6 months I believe, and even though there have been a few (uncontrollable) problems, they dealt with them swiftly and fairly. I always get a response from their support within 12 hours (usually under 1), and they fix the problem the first time - they even offered to fix some problems for me. Overall, I am very pleased. |
